Antique Solid Silver & Horn Shape Mother Of Pearl Knife Rest Chester 1919
This is a stunning and very collectible Chester hallmark silver novelty knife rest with a solid silver base and a pair of mother of pearl shaped horns.
They are clear hallmarks for Chester and the year (T) 1919 and a slightly rubbed but just readable maker's mark for J & R Griffin (Joseph & Richard Griffin).
The overall condition of the stand is good to fair, with some tarnishing a few knocks around the edge of the base and a little wear at the end of the mother of pearl horns.
Please take a careful look at the photos as this makes part of my description.
